HOW CAN I ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I HAVE TO GIVE?

 We require a minimum of 2 days notice for collection and local delivery and a minimum of 4 days notice for postal orders.

However, we bake everything fresh to order, by hand and in small batches. So ordering in advance with as much notice as possible is preferred.

HOW LONG DOES POSTAL DELIVERY TAKE?

For all postal orders we use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service to ensure quality of the goodies and fast delivery.  We can also track any orders that do not arrive on the specified date and send you updates on delivery.

Postal days are Mon-Fri every week.

*NB there may still be delays with Royal Mail due to COVID, however most of our parcels are currently arriving within 1-2 working days after your dispatch date. 

HOW DO I PAY?

Bank Transfer is our preferred payment method. Once an order is confirmed, bank details will be sent and we kindly ask that all payments are received before collection or delivery of your goodies.

HOW DO I STORE THE GOODIES?

Keep Brownies, Blondies and Cookie Bars in an airtight container, out of the fridge.

We advise keeping our Rocky Road in the fridge.

WILL THEY FIT THROUGH MY LETTER BOX?

No, unfortunately the treat boxes are too deep to fit through a standard sized letter box.
